1. Acceptance of Internship Offer:
Upon receiving an internship offer letter from Codveda Technologies, it is important that you confirm your acceptance or decline within the specified timeframe. If we do not receive a response, we will assume your acceptance by default.
2. Internship Duration:
The internship will have a specific duration, as outlined in the offer letter. This defines the period during which you will be actively engaged in the internship program.
3. Responsibilities:
As an intern at Codveda Technologies, you are expected to actively participate in the tasks and responsibilities assigned to you during the internship. This could involve various projects, assignments, or collaborative efforts.
4. Code of Conduct:

5. Confidentiality:

8. Attendance and Punctuality:

9. Communication:

10. Feedback and Improvement:

11. Termination:
Codveda Technologies reserves the right to terminate the internship if an intern fails to comply with these Intern Terms or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the organization.
12. Certificates and Letter of Recommendation (LOR):
Upon successful completion of the internship program and meeting specific criteria, interns may receive certificates and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR). It’s important to note that Letters of Recommendation will be provided exclusively to those students who demonstrate exceptional performance during the interview process and exhibit outstanding capabilities in their project work.
This ensures that the issuance of Letters of Recommendation is merit-based, recognizing the achievements and contributions of interns who excel in both the interview phase and their assigned projects. 13. Stipend or Payment:
Interns who successfully clear the interview round will be eligible for a stipend, subject to the company’s policies. It’s important to note that individuals who are not eligible for an interview will not be considered for stipend or payment. The specific stipend amount and payment details will be in accordance with Codveda Technologies’ policies, providing fair compensation for the valuable contributions of successful candidates.

14. No Guarantee of Full-Time Employment:
Participating in the Codveda Technologies Internship Program does not guarantee a full-time job offer upon completion of the internship.

15. Administrative costs

16. Indian Laws and Labor Laws Compliance:
